Melissa Hayes
Chairman of Pink Hope
Melissa is a passionate senior executive leader with over 15 years experience working in senior roles for major multinationals. Melissa combines a wealth of commercial experience across industrial and consumer marketing sectors, with demonstrated success in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations and Advertising strategy development and execution.
John Sheehy
John Sheehy is CEO of Pottinger. He advises private and public sector clients in relation to strategy, M&A, risk, innovation and management. John has a deep interest in cross-cultural, cross-border business development, strategy and transactions, having advised on M&A, joint ventures, strategic growth assignments and other commercial projects in over 40 countries, spanning 6 continents, with a combined value of over $50 billion.
He has lived and worked in Sydney, London, Moscow and New York City.
Cassandra Kelly
Cassandra Kelly inspires action as a global thought leader, speaker and coach to leaders who dare: corporate and political. A tech entrepreneur and former CEO, Cassandra has served as advisor, board director and chair for some of the world’s most influential organizations, and as an invited speaker at forums including the G20, European Union, African Union, World Government Summit and NATO.

She has worked in most of the world’s continents. She co-founded the award-winning global corporate advisory firm, Pottinger, and subsequently cChange. She works with leaders to help them solve their most complex problems and accelerates meaningful outcomes by working with influencers to make change happen quickly. Cassandra’s ability to compel organizations to seize new opportunities and challenge the status quo has resulted in numerous accolades including being placed on the list of the 100 Women of Influence in Australia in management in the boardroom by the Financial Review/Westpac. In 2015 she was named a US Director to watch and in 2017 as one of Australia’s top 10 Chairs. Most recently she was awarded an Order of Australia. She speaks regularly on technology, including AI and humanity, and continues as a founding member of the European Union’s Global Tech Panel.

A known advocate for investing in female talent and helping women to connect across industries, from public and private sector, she founded the Glass Elevator which operates globally and served on the Australian Federal Treasury’s Inclusive Workplace Committee. She is the inaugural global chair for the council of the Google incubated diversity initiative, Exponent.

She serves as Chair of the board for the Treasury Corporation of Victoria, and previous directorships include Flight Centre Travel Group and the University of New South Wales Foundation, Her Heart, Starlight Children’s Foundation and Children’s Cancer Institute Australia.
Elise Stanberg
With over two decades of IT experience Elise has worked in a number of Blue Chip Global Companies including Intel, Nortel Networks, Ericsson, NCR, Motorola and most recently Microsoft. Elise has held various executive positions within these companies allowing her to gain exceptional insight into the industry. The roles have encompassed, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Management and Country Management. Elise’s knowledge is highly sort after and will help guide Pink Hope with their current and future IT requirements.
