Will my membership be tax deductible?

As you are receiving items in return for your generosity, unfortunately this membership is not tax deductible, however if this is important to you, you can become a regular donor via our donation page here.

Where can I find a copy of the membership terms?

How often can I expect to receive exclusive content?

Exclusive content will be packaged and delivered to your inbox once per quarter!

What if I change email address or need to update my postal address?

It’s easy! Send us an email with your change of details and the team at HQ can handle this request for you! info@pinkhope.org.au

When will I receive my copy of Hope magazine?

The Pink Hope magazine will be delivered to your inbox every April!

How will I be charged for my membership?

The Pink Hope Collective is a subscription service that is billed each month, or annually depending on the membership option and debit selection you make at time of subscription. Your debit will be automatically changed using the payment method provided.

Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non Australian customers.

You may cancel your membership anytime by contacting Pink Hope at info@pinkhope.org.au

Can I increase or decrease my membership level?

Any support, no matter how big or small makes a huge difference to the work of Pink Hope. Should circumstances change and you wish to increase or decrease the amount, please contact Pink Hope at info@pinkhope.org.au to discuss.

What if my circumstances change and I need to cancel my membership?

There is a minimum commitment of 12 months from initial joining date to the Pink Hope Collective. If paying monthly, once the first 12 months term has passed, your commitment is month by month. If paying annually, your fees are non refundable if you wish to cancel your membership early.

My workplace offers dollar-for-dollar matching – how can we get onboard?
