What is true Self-Care?

You may have heard the term ‘self-care’ and attached it to activities like meditation, exercise or even haircare and beauty. Although those activities are absolutely essential and definitely a part of self-care – many of us aren’t aware there are actually seven elements!

These include health literacy, self-awareness, physical activity, healthy eating, risk avoidance, good hygiene and optimal use of products and services.
